Villa Description

This waterfront 3 bedroom 3 bathroom villa is Caribbean living at its best. Set on two lots of land, the distinctive blue front doors open onto the large living and dining room overlooking the glass tiled pool and separated by a wrought iron gate allowing for constant breezes to flow through the home.

On the Eastern side of the home is the second bedroom with double beds and a guest bathroom with a shower. The master suite has a stone-tiled outdoor shower, a large closet, a king bed, and French doors leading to a small patio. The Western side of the home has the Errebi Italian kitchen with granite counters, appliances, a dutch-door, a laundry room, and the third bedroom with a large queen bed and a private patio. There are ceiling fans throughout, and all bedrooms have AC.

The large lawn has a wooden elevated deck, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. As there is a separate entrance at the side, one could also build a guest cottage on the sizeable lot.
